Order & Shipping

1.I have already signed up a loyalty club in store.  Can I use the same account online store?

Yes, you can. If your email is the same when you registered your account in store.  

If you are unsure, please contact us.


2. Can I take my loyalty credit online?

We have updated our online platform, we will need to conform your available Loyalty credit, and will email it to redeem online.

3. Why didn’t I receive my order confirmation email?

If you haven’t received a confirmation email immediately after submitting your order, first check your spam/junk email folder. Sometimes the automated confirmation page is sent there. Please also check that your order was placed. If you still aren’t finding it, please contact us at


4. When will my order be shipped?

Within the following 2-3 working days, all orders must be placed by 9PM in order to get cleared your payment the next day.  If your order is placed on Friday, it will be processed it on Monday due to couriers collection service.  


5. What is shipping cost?

Currently, we offer a free standard shipping fee on all orders above $120, it may incur an additional $3 rural delivery, it depends on your delivery address.

All orders are less than $120, it will be added a $6.90 standard shipping fee, and a $3 for Islands and rural deliveries at check out.



6.When will I receive my order?

Estimated delivery for domestic shipping is 2-5 business days, but with congestion in the carrier systems it could take longer. You will receive a Track & Trace email once your order has shipped.

7.How to track my order?

Please follow instruction in your Track & Trace email.  You will receive an email with a link from our carriers once your order has shipped.  Please check it in your Inbox, Spam/Junk folder.


8. Can I cancel or exchange my order after I placed it?

We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please call us immediately.  If your order has not been dispatched, we may be able to do with your request.  However, if the order is processed,  we are unable to cancel or edit orders.  Please follow our return process once received your order.

9.Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we are not dispatching overseas.  


10.Do you ship to PO Box?

We do not, sorry.

Return & Exchange

1.What is an online store return policy?

We are happy to accommodate an exchange, credit or refund within 28 days of purchase. However, exchanges will only be approved if the goods are in their original conditions.  


2.What is the original condition mean? 

If your items have not been worn, soiled or damaged in any way, and with all tags attached.


3.Can I return my swimwear order?

 Yes, if it’s the original condition as stated our policy, and a protection stickers attached.


4.I purchased a set item, Can I return part of my item?

It  must be returned as a set item.


5. Can I return sale items?

Yes, you can.  We are happy to exchange or credit.  Sale items are final price, we are unable to refund.


6. How to return & exchange my order?

Please contact us at to receive your RA# (Return authorization number)


7. Do I need fill in any form before returning items?

We enclose our return form which is on the back of our shipping slip. Please fill it in all your details and send to us along with your item.  (Also, you can download the form here)


8. I do not have a printer; can I send my return form via email?

Yes, you can.  Please write your order No. on a parcel clearly, so we can identify your item and form to process your request promptly.


9.Do you cover return shipping cost?


We will arrange a courier to pick up goods if products are faulty.  

For the rest of reasons, we are unable to cover shipping cost.

Click & Collect

1.I just placed my order, can I collect it today?

Yes, you can if your order was placed by Zip or Laybuy.  Credit card payments and Internet banking will need to wait for the following day to get cleared your payments.


2. I have not received my order confirmation and Click & Collect notification.

Please check it in your spam/junk email folder.  If your item is not collected within 7 days after placing, we will follow it up to send a friendly reminder.
