If you are not happy with the products you have purchased we are happy to accommodate an exchange, credit or refund within 28 days of purchase. However, exchanges will only be approved if the goods are in their original condition (for example have not been worn, soiled or damaged in any way) and with all tags attached, and returned to us along with a completed return form. We are unable to refund the freight cost which is added upon your purchase.
Swimwear can be returned if it is unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and protection stickers attached. Please note that all swimwear that is sold in a set must be returned in a set.
We are unable to cover the freight cost of goods being sent back to us unless the return is due to a faulty product.
We are not liable for loss of packages and damaged goods that are being returned to us.
RETURNING FAULTY PRODUCTS
We will do our best to ensure that all our products are in perfect condition before shipping them to you.
In the rare event of you receiving a faulty item, please return to us immediately along with a return form.
We will inspect your returned item to see whether it is fault or not. Thereafter, we will meet our obligation to provide a remedy under the guidelines of The Consumer Guarantee Act (1993). This process may take up to 14 working days.
We are unable to offer a refund. Returned sale items will be exchanged or credited only. However, in the event of a sale item being faulty, a refund will be processed.
For all returns and exchanges please submit the below online return request form in order to receive your RA number ( Return authorization number). We are unable to accept your return without a RA number.
Once you have received your RA number, and the item you are returning in a package and send it back to us. (The RA number must be clearly identified on the outside of the parcel)
